JANESICH. A rare Art Deco emerald, onyx and diamond brooch

Designed as a graduated flexible cascade of fifteen polished emerald drops, suspended from a circular-cut diamond-set surmount incorporating scrolling motifs, triangular-shaped diamond embellishment with baguette diamond and onyx accents, circa 1930, signed Janesich and numbered 2652, French assay marks for platinum. Accompanied by a certificate from GCS laboratories detailing the individual emerald weights (total weight 49.57 carats) and stating that the fifteen drops range from moderate to significant oil in fissures and are of Colombian origin. 7cm high and 3.6cm wide
