Designed as a stylised flying insect, the pierces wings embellished with round single-cut diamonds within baguette-shaped diamond contours, the body of the insect set with round-shaped diamonds of varying hues including; yellow, orange and brown amidst "white" stones, the eye set with a single marquise-shaped coloured diamond, the legs outstretched clutching a single round brilliant-cut coloured diamonds, later pin fitting to the reverse, unsigned and unmarked, numbered 252, 1920s most probably French made.
Evidence of deterioration, incidental wear and use, commensurate with age, and materials.
