Composed of six individual pendants, each drop set with a circular stone; two cabochon moonstones, a turquoise, a circular-cut emerald and a similar amethyst, each within a granulated yellow gold surround, to a three-colour gold hoop with rose-heads in rose-gold, foliate detail in "green" gold and granulated detail in yellow gold, to beaded bales, all threaded upon the original ouroboros split ring with chased detail, circa 1798 - 1809, each stamped with French poinçon.
