Designed as a heart-shaped rose-cut diamond, below a stylised crown composed of three rose-cut diamonds, mounted in silver, backed in gold, continuing to stylised foliate shoulders and plain band in yellow gold, early 18th Century. Size 3 3/4 or G 1//2.
