Designed as an octagonal-shaped bezel with a contour of millegrain-embellished old-cut diamonds, to sloping polished platinum facets crowned with a circular-cut diamond, circa 1925, unsigned, numbered, attributed to Dusausoy (see attached drawing by Dusausoy), French assay mark for platinum.
